RETURN POLICY

At Molecule, our goal is to keep you clean. We’ll make every effort to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase from Molecule. We stand behind our product and we’re here to stand behind you.

Molecule will accept return product for any damaged product within 30 days of purchase. To file a claim, please send a notification by email to info@ryanb130.sg-host.com within 30 days of purchase with the following information:

  • Customer Name
  • Order Number
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • List of items in received damaged
  • Photo of damaged products

Molecule will review email and contact customer to inform them of the approval for return. Upon approval of return, customer will ship all unused, undamaged products at their expense to Molecule.

Upon receipt of product, Molecule will issue a refund to customer for only the initial purchase value of all returned, undamaged products. Molecule is not responsible for damages that occur during shipment back to Molecule facility and will not provide a refund for product that is received damaged.

Due to chemical liabilities, undamaged products may not be accepted for return.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

Molecule uses FedEx for all international shipments.

Damaged/Lost
If for any reason, your shipment is lost or arrives with damaged product inside, please follow the steps below. To file a claim, please send a notification by email to info@moleculemotorsports.com within 30 days of purchase.

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • List of items received damaged
  • Photo of damaged products

Molecule will review email and contact customer to inform them their claim has been received. Molecule must file claim with FedEx for damaged products. Please allow up to 60 days for processing. Upon approval from FedEx, Molecule will then refund customer for the total value of initial purchase.
